Event details
Join a naturalist to explore what makes your yard unique then adopt three native plants to grow your plant family. In this series, learn how sun exposure determines which plants thrive and which merely survive. Discover how to meet the challenge of your shady yard and make it bloom throughout the year. Plants will be provided.
This program is geared toward yards with shade. Looking to adopt plants for part sun or full sun? Join us for additional sessions focusing on those light conditions.

This is an inclusive program, welcoming individuals of all abilities. This program will take place indoors in an accessible facility. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service to participate in this program should submit a request online no later than 48 hours before the program.
