Event details
Nature is a place where anyone can find peace. Engaging all five senses with our surroundings can help us to feel connected to our space, reduce stress and improve mental health. Join us as we discover what parts of nature help us feel relaxed and centered and the why behind the science. At the end of our program, we will enjoy our homemade spa treatments and see who is brave enough to put their bare feet in the grass and mud!

We will be participating in both indoor and outdoor activities. Outdoor activities may take place on natural surfaces across uneven terrain. Plum Creek Nature Center is an accessible facility. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service to participate in this program should mention their request when registering or submit a request online no later than 48 hours before the program.
