Take your valentine out for a romantic night hike under the stars. Snuggle up and join a naturalist for a stroll along a lantern-lit trail to enjoy the beauty of Messenger Woods and the company of your companion. Along the way, discover some of the courtship parallels between humans and nature. You may bring your own adult beverage to enjoy (beer and wine only, please). After your hike, cozy up to a blazing campfire and make s’mores.

Meet at Hawthorn Grove shelter in the back parking lot. Be sure to dress for the weather and trail conditions.
The hike will be approximately 1 mile on natural, uneven terrain. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service to participate in this program should submit a request online no later than 48 hours before the program.
