Event details

Have you ever wondered if red-eared sliders really have ears? Or why we call them box turtles? And just how snappy are snapping turtles? Here’s your chance to find out the answers to these questions and more! During this program, we’ll dig into the science behind what makes a turtle a reptile and the difference between turtles and tortoises. You’ll meet some turtles up close and watch them have a snack.
