Get out this spring and search for the woodchucks in Will County! We’ll take a hike and explore McKinley Woods – Kerry Sheridan Grove while we look for signs of woodchucks. These furry creatures have been seen all over the preserve, so maybe we’ll even spot a few! As we explore, we’ll learn fun facts about the woodchuck and why they call this preserve home.

The hike will be 1 mile to 2 miles on paved paths and natural surfaces across uneven terrain. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service to participate in this program should submit a request online no later than 48 hours before the program.
