Join our recreation coordinator for our 2025 Wellness Series featuring workshops on themes of wellness and connection to nature. Workshops will be offered the first Tuesday of the month from January through April at the Sugar Creek Administration Center in Joliet. Come for one or come for all. January’s program will feature presentations from staff on the benefits of our mission to protect and enhance our natural and cultural resources and how you can connect with nature in our preserves.

Sugar Creek Administration Center is an accessible facility. The hike will be 0.5 mile on natural surfaces over uneven terrain. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service to participate in this program should submit a request online no later than 48 hours before the program.
