Experience Hammel Woods like never before. Paddle up the DuPage River to enjoy the spectacular views of the woods. On the way back, let the lazy river lead the way.

Registration required by Thursday, Aug. 29: 815-722-9470.
Previous kayaking experience is required, as this is a recreational program and not an instructional paddling program. All equipment is provided, including personal flotation devices. Wear shoes and clothes that can get wet, and don’t forget your sunscreen, sunglasses and a water bottle.
Both the launch and trail from parking lot are paved. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service to participate in this program should mention their request when registering or submit a request online no later than 48 hours before the program.
